HP SpareKey recovery issue

Booted my pc up its never had problem for the 3 years I have had it and I was brought to this screen

I've tried windows + b twice put that didn't work and neither did ctrl + alt +delete.

I can't find an hp sparekey usb recovery key on the internet either

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you reset the CMOS Settings as suggested in that Link?

When you get a new HP laptop, and sign in with your ID Profile, HP suggests backing up the sign in to a USB Flash drive for recovery.
You can also try running HP Diagnostics


You can also download the HP Cloud Recovery tool from that same link.

Yes, I have gone through all the steps and tried.
But unfortunately it doesn't work either.

I can't get into windows anymore. I have turned off the laptop and restarted it several times and every time I get what you see in the top picture

You don't need to boot into Windows to troubleshoot the laptop
Restart the computer and press the ESC key and do the HP Diagnostics.

On another computer, download the HP Cloud Recovery and app and burn it to a USB Flash drive.
Boot off of the flash drive on the troubled computer and try the troubleshooting steps
