I thought System Mode is supposed to have more than one mode. In general, it usually has a Audit mode which also disables Secure Boot even if Secure Boot is enabled or Deployed. Secure Boot Mode Standard probably means no custom keys while Custom means Customized keys. Have you tried it in Standard mode?
