I have 25H2, anyone know where to get the enablement package?

Win11 Pro 25H2 (RTM+)
On the Release Preview builds, I just installed the 26100.5074 build. After install Windows update said that 25H2 was available. I told it to go ahead and install it. It was very quick, likely since it is only an enablement package. It now show me as running 25H2. That changed the build number from 26100.5074 to 26200.5074.

Sooo, anyone know where to get the enablement package?

I would have thought that MS today would have a blog post explaining the current situation with the Dev, Beta and Release Preview Channels in relation to 25H2. But no, it appears that they're back to their old habit/trick of making stuff confusing for users.

You could upgrade to it using the ISO from UUP Dump if it won't appear in Windows Update.

Thank you. I'm building my own ISO image as we speak (it takes a while) and I'll see if what happens using a clean install from that ISO. Applying just the update package results in build 26100.5074 (24H2).

I just did the same and it's not showing up on my PC. May have to UUP Dump it.

The MSU worked like a champ, after doing a repair install to get 26100.5074 installed I no longer got offered the 25H2 build but I got it fast and easy with that MSU.

Bear in mind that the one that was offered 25H2 was a Release Preview insider build, although the build is exactly the same as the released version of 24H2. When I upgraded my 24H2 build now, Windows Update provides no mention of 25H2.

In about 1 hour my ISO will be ready and I'll see what happens with a clean install of that build.

You going to upgrade? It's really not a big deal or difference unless you haven't enabled the new start menus already.

Nice! Are you going for it?

BTW, I just did a clean install of 25H2 (preview that came out yesterday) and the new bits are not enabled. Maybe that will happen next week.

I don't know. Don't see any difference, but I have most of the rubbish and clutter on the start menu disabled in settings.

im going to wait till next week, it says on Microsoft site they will release the release preview iso next week,, the update is not showing up for me here in Canada , i have turned on insider to release preview channel and flipped the latest updates button on,, rebooted not seeing download for 25h2 Build 26200.5074 , im on 26100.5074 currently 24h2,, no way im running iso from 3rd party ,

Are you an RP insider? If so you can just go to the 26200.5074 thread and download the MSU Brink linked to the thread, click and install fast and painless for build 26200.5074. Took me about ten seconds for it to install.

You are looking at this all wrong. If you are on 26100.5074, you do NOT need an ISO. All you need is the enablement package (KB5054156). It will take mere seconds to install and requires a very quick reboot.

Put another way, with the build you are on you already have 25H2, you just need to enable it.

EDIT: I should add that after applying the Enablement Package, your build will become 26200.5074 and show 25H2.
