OS
windows 11 pro
TLDR - V2 log collector result here.

The reason i think it was the update is that this started a day or so after a recent update. going from a mid use bsod to a bsod on entering windows. However for just such occasions i have a backup install of older windows on another drive , which was working fine for last week while i was troubleshooting what was going on on main windows install. I did a fresh repair install on main drive (keeping personal documents) and that worked fine for last 3 days but then borked. But foolishly i forgot to disable autoupdate on my backup drive and it was on long enough today to download and install the update to current which then bluescreened immediately on entering windows on that drive too. uploading this from safe mode with networking.

Dropbox also attached video showing windows activation status. additionally system passed a full run of memtest 86 overnight. something interesting of note. while it has booted into normal windows, chrome specifically wont launch. other apps like my space mouse and steam will. I dont have very many apps installed as i only started reinstalling a few of them since reinstalling windows. also wine edge windows like dropbox are crashing after a 30 seconds or so with this error Dropbox

What happens if you reboot > can the computer boot to the desktop without an error code or message

If possible post a new V2 share link into the newest post.

Was there a startup repair srttrail.txt?

Post the Memtest86 result images or share links.

Thanks for the reply z book.

This is the link to memtest result. Dropbox

This is a link to bluescreen view result of the 5 mini dumps i captured on the c drive windows

This is the link to the current result of a v2 Dropbox

Yesterday i bit the bullet and tried upgrading the bios,
Z690 AORUS ELITE DDR4 (rev. 1.x) Support | Motherboard - GIGABYTE Global i was on F23 here, and was able to upgrade it to F29, which still went straight to bsod, and from there to F31b which was only released like 3 weeks ago.

On getting to f31b i have been able to get into windows successfully without BSOD (so far) . Have power cycled several times and been able to boot successfully. IM HOPING that the bios update has solved the issue. But at same time i thought i had solved it with windows reinstall before and it was fine for a few days before it began bsoding again. So im keeping thread open until i have a solid week of no bsods. Having it confirmed by you that bios was the likely cause would take a load off my mind.
