I can see the potential for AI code generation, but I think you have to take a much more structured approach at specifying the requirements if you were doing anything remotely complex. I'm tempted to feed it one of my software requirements documents from my avionics design days and see what it did with that. However, I'm sure I'd have to go for one of the higher tier paid AI systems to get any meaningful replies.

i use WinToys available from the Microsoft store
in the health settings > repair menu is
DISM
SFC
CHKDSK

i use that when needed

I fixed the copy in post #63, I lost some lines at the end somehow. I did notice the log file didn't update as you ran, that would be something that should probably be added.

Just tried my Wintoys for kicks but of course DISM fails the same way which was no surprise.

Here's my latest go at Google AI, it now logs and displays on the screen. It also has indicators if something went wrong running a function. It took about 45 minutes again going back and forth.

I can see the potential for AI generating code given the speed that this presumably low-power LLM responds. I'm sure Google isn't giving me access to a full-speed model. However, all the back and forth suggests they are kinda' slinging stuff at the wall when they generate the code. They just sling it at a high rate of speed!
