Before the 2nd screen was on left but now I have made new table so I want to put my 2nd screen on front and top. I have done arrow key like from right to left to up and down.

But the problem is if I move little up cursor it go directly to up so I want some space. So if I move mouse little up and it wont go directly to 2nd screen.

Not exactly sure what you're saying here. I have a similar arrangement with two screens stacked. I have an ultra-wide one on the bottom and a 1920x1080 one on top.

If I move the cursor up on the main screen to the top, it stops at the area with the red arrows, but transitions to the upper screen in the area of the green arrows. That's the expected behavior.

Try dragging Screen 2 in the settings so it'll be slightly to the left or right like this:

Make sure that screen 2 does not cover the entire width of the top edge of screen 1. This way, you'll create a so-called dead zone in between the screens so they don't overlap with each other.
