Solved iam locked out of my tablet! please help if any

its a samsung galaxy a9+. what i can gather is the last time before it was locked i was playing those mini games on youtube in my premium acct. it was the game planets or other. and now i cant access the main screen. i really hate to do a reset since ive got alot of data saved in the last year. i press power button plus volume button down or up nothing. i do now see restart button/turn off but the icons dont respond. i even go to my acct on samsung website..i dont see any way to copy data from tablet to computer which i need to do. and even when connect the data cable from tablet to pc the folder is empty.

Previously did your tablet backup to your Samsung Cloud account?
Did you do a Cold Boot. Press and hold the power button until it shuts off. Wait a few minutes and power it on again?
Can you login to the tablet after that?
If so, then connect the tablet to your computer. Once you click "trust this device" the tablet and folder will appear as another drive on the computer.

thx for the reply. actually samsung support was able to help me out. with a little bit of tweaking i can now access tablet. and everything is fine. huge crisis averted! i also backed up data and copied all my image folders via external so i wont lose them in case need hard reset.
