If Macrium Reflect X is too expensive, what will you switch to?

I am (and I believe many, many others across the world) practically cut off from any subscription other than in own country and local currency. I have no international credit card so any other way incurs additional costs. I have 2 bank accounts, one in local currency RSD (Serbian Dinar) and one in Canadian Dollar because I have Canadian pension. Even if I could or want to pay in USD or Euro, I would have to make 2 conversions (one from CDN to RSD and from it to USD) which may end up in as much as doubling the price.
Other than that, I can't get discount on multiple subscriptions, because I have only one worthwhile PC, the other one is just spare old model laptop without the need for sophisticated backup.
That's why I'm using free Hasleo which does just as goo or for me even better job.

My MR license runs out in 2 days and they still haven't brought back perpetual licenses, so...off to Hasleo I go.
MR - It backs up, it restores, and it switches to restore only when the license expires (crippleware). No significant updates in almost a year. No reason to go on paying for nothing.

I have one year and one month left on my MR X , I will make a decision in about 12 months. No updates means there is nothing wrong with it worth fixing.

Latest X10-version saved my ass many times , Im definitly convinced Macrium is one of the best ( or THE best ! ).............

I can say the same about Macrium 8.1 and Hasleo Backup as far as saving my ass though. X is long gone now for me.

Or they'll just add gimmicky features as with smartphones.

Ah, but you will pay several hundred dollars a month just to have that BMW.
