AND the search box highlights are not loading or load very late after reboot... Something I've been able to recreate with multiple installs, Can confirm this works.
Open up Power Shell as Administrator and run this, reboot
New-ItemProperty 'HKLM:\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4d36e968-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}\0000\UMD' -Name ShaderCache -PropertyType Binary -Value ([byte[]](0x31,0)) -Force
