I'm on the Insider preview version of Windows 11, how do I upgrade to the full stable release version?

I know Microsoft officially released Windows 11 on Oct 5, but I have been on the Insider preview version for months. Is there a way to directly switch to that version, or do I have to leave the insider program, install Windows 10, and then install the stable release? Is it even worth it to do in the first place? I haven't encountered a single bug in my months of use other than the one time Microsoft messed something up and left the entire planet with unusable computers for a couple of hours.

You are already on the released build. If you want all you have to do is leave the Insider channel. If you were on the Dev channel you would have to do a clean install or use a backup image to restore before installing the Dev build.
