Solved Intel i14700k unvolt
i undervolted my cpu dynamic voltage offset by 0.050v but wondering is there anything esle i can do for temperature decrease without a big performance hit.

What's the power limit in the BIOS settings? I don't know if Gigabyte jacks that up, like Asus did (on my Z690-E).
If you set it to the Intel nominal (253W), that may help.
Some set it lower yet, to avoid thermal throttling. Or just buy a nice 420mm AIO water cooler.

Running software like Hwinfo64 what temperatures are you getting with your CPU? Also do you have the latest stable bios installed on your motherboard?
I'm currently running my 13900K at the Intel Default Settings in the bios as per Intel recommendations and the performance loss isn't much. Only noticeable when running benchmarks like Cinebench. Even when running Cinebench the temperature never goes above 80 degrees Celsius. That's using a Corsair AIO in a well-ventilated case.

I can only speak to what Asus are doing but MSI and Gigabyte are probably similar. Asus have already for Z790 boards released bios updates implementing the Intel Default Settings in the bios. There are also further updates from Intel on the way for the eTVB (Enhanced Thermal Velocity Boost) settings due to be released this month in bios updates by motherboard manufacturers.
Intel's partners have started rolling out the eTVB microcode BIOS fix as it tries to resolve instability issues on the 14th & 13th Gen chips.

update the temp ranges from 86-88 put spikes to 100 degrees at the end of the test

SVID Behaviour -
Typical Scenario gives lower temperature than Intel Fail Safe
ASUS Multicore Enhancement -
Auto gives lower temperature than Disabled Enforce all limits
Consider setting a maximum CPU temperature say 85C
Check your fan curves so fans are at the maximum setting above 70C

Not much you can do then. A good AIO or custom water cooling is the only way. The processor runs hot and even if you undervolt it won't make much of a difference. You we I'll have to lose some performance to reduce the heat.

hi i set the equivalent for my gigabyte mb and now the temperature was hovering around 82-85 degrees at the end of the test it spiked to 90 degrees so i am happy enought
