Was released yesterday (15 November 2023), so if you have an Intel system - i strongly recommend to run a scan to see if the Management Engine is patched for latest vulnerabilities:

This type of vulnerability can pose a higher risk than just some Windows based vulnerabilities - since it's harder to detect an infiltration. Harder for certified information systems security professionals - who are actively monitoring an infected system, cause for passive Windows users (security wise - counting mainly on Windows Updates or automated security apps like AV/FW - to handle the system security) - even for the most advanced/knowledgeable - it's close to impossible. Above tool is all we got - to know if the system is Vulnerable (not infected - this basic app can't discover that).

If that's the case (your system is shown as Vulnerable) - you're either lucky enough to have a system that's around a week old and still on OEM's radar for updates. If not, even if it's close to 2 years old - you'll have to contact the OEM (Dell, HP, Acer, MSi, Lenovo, etc) - and remind them that your system still exists - and that it needs to be patched as well. Cause most OEMs won't bother, guaranteed.

Found 2 vulnerable systems so far and contacted their OEM. Now all i can do is - wait for them to release the corresponding Intel ME FW Update Tool.

Not surprised tho, since one has an intel 9th gen CPU and the other is even older. It's as if - OEMs expect you to throw it away after the warranty period (no more updates - even if there's still some issues with current drivers). Sometimes it helps to remind them that they used build systems 3 or 4 years ago as well. Other times - it takes some influencer to draw their attention.

Your system is still rather recent. 😉
