Solved Wake from Hibernate - Mysterious Intel Management Engine Interface

I thought I'd close out this thread that I posted describing my final solution. No normal procedure to resolve the hiccup on my Asus desktop (System 2 Specs) (a false start when waking from Hibernation which resulted in only a fan sound) really worked as the start hiccup continued. The only real solution for me was to restore an image from almost two months prior, and I didn't do the restore to solve the hiccup problem but to try to replace the Winmail access that I had recently lost, which got lost probably by me doing all the DISM routines and Scan-Now attempts. I only use the Winmail program to view emails from my old Vista machine, never to actually send-receive email.

When I found out that my Winmail had disappeared no amount of me following Endeavor's fabulous instruction, "How to Reinstate WinMail onto Windows 8/10/11" worked in spite of me having successfully followed it a couple times a while back. But this time Winmail couldn't find the mail store file even though it was exactly where it was supposed to be, and even though I was using the working back up used to reinstate Winmail previously. So I restored the 2 month old image (Macrium Reflect) which worked perfectly, I not only got Winmail back but I found that the hiccup was gone!

So that's the story from start to finish.
