IntelMEPro keeps shutting down my pc

What Motherboard Bios version are you on? As I used this board myself... with a i12700K so I can compare my settings to yours.
You don't have any memory specs listed other than 16Gb? Use CPUiD and include a screen shot of SPD tab. I see your using the correct memory slots #2 #4, so show these on SPD tab.

BTW you can take a screen shot (or many) of the motherboard settings! just insert a USB stick formatted in Fat32 to save then pressing F12 (Board will show USB if available) just confirm location listed, and it will give you .BMP file! If screen rolls down to show more settings, take more shots of each section! I used .Paint to convert to jpeg file after (open-save as jpeg).

I get the same error 63 as you with IntelMEProv device.

I will attach some Bios screen shots of my settings.

Lastly if your getting corruption of the Windows partition... remove and re-seat the memory modules, mine were very tight!! and took some effort to bottom out in the slots.

Ok I did noticed you have some settings different from what I have. Right before I came to this thread my screen went black again and had to reboot. I have 16GB now but I'm getting G-skill trident Z DDR4 4000 supposed to here tomorrow

The memory you have is correct! DDR3200 @ XMP 2. Anything over DDR3200 is overclocking! so bare this in mind when you fit new memory!
I would turn off Intel storage = off!! if your not using any raid! That's why my NVME drives are showing in Advanced Drive Controller.

When you updated the Bios, did you use the matching ME drivers?

I have no idea it seems the tech had me set up to use Intel drivers and my NVme drive does not show up as one. Your one pic I have nothing but greyed out. I can't turn the intel off because then that disables those 2 drive controllers and it won't boot up. I guess I'm stuck with it.

So you are / are not using Intel RST turned on? Did the Advanced / NVME controller info list the drives? Please attach any pics showing changes to your Bios and outcomes of changes.
Have you looked at boot options as in pic attached? This shows I have 2 options to boot from, I can tell you the first highlighted one works, the other does not, black screens when booting.
So worth looking at once RST is turned off.

My boot only has the 970 nvme and another thing I noticed after I put my new RAM in the RAM status still says my old RAM as you will see on the pic.

I had something similar that I chased for a couple of weeks. I don't run IntelMEProv but had random hangs where screen went black and had to hard reboot with WHEA errors in event viewer. Changing PCI Express Link State Power Managent in power settings seems to have fixed it. Disabling PCIE power managment options in BIOS didn't and GPU-Z was still showing the PCIE link state changing so I tried setting it in power settings in windows and it seems to have fixed it. This happened suddenly for me recently in correlation with a windows update.
