Internet Browsing Really Slow

Ok , so I installed Windows 11 .... again, this would be the third time since it's original release and once again just like the previous two times I am almost pretty sorry I did. Each time I have installed it , it always seems to mess with my internet connection, although the previous two times I was able to fix it by doing the following ....

Open an administrative command prompt. Copy and paste each of these commands in the command window.

netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt
ipconfig /flushdns
netsh winsock reset
Restart

ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
netsh winsock reset catalog
netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log
netsh advfirewall reset
Restart

But this time around .... no joy, my file download speeds are just fine it is just my browsing speeds are excruciatingly slow and I do not know why. As far as I can see my network drivers are all up to date. I have also tried most everything recommended that I could find.

I am using Firefox which is also up to date as my main browser , using Edge may be a tad bit faster, but not by much.

If anyone has any advice as to how to correct this I would be really grateful , otherwise I am just going to reinstall my backup of Windows 10 and stay with it, I don't have these issues on Windows 10, no matter how many tabs I have open in my browser.

My installed version of 11 is Windows 11 Pro build 23481.1000

Are you saying your CLEAN installed 11 or you did an inplace upgrade again? They are not the same thing.
Please post results of a speed test on your internet connection, including ping time. Speedtest by Ookla - The Global Broadband Speed Test

It was an in place upgrade , all three installs mentioned above were , here are the results of my speed test ...

So, each time you do an install of W11 Pro, you go back into the Insider program?

I'm just wondering what the browser problem could be for you, because there is definitely NOT a widespread complaining about browser speeds in W11. In fact, yours is the first case of "fine download speeds; lousy browser performance" I've seen.

After testing with a clean boot try these suggestions.
1. Disable all browser add-ons and test.
2. reset your network adapter. Reset Network Adapters in Windows 11 Tutorial
3. Check for malware with Malwarebytes.
4. Test using safe mode with networking. Boot to Safe Mode in Windows 11 Tutorial

Some wise old sage once said, "there is nothing better than a CLEAN Install to solve a myriad of problems, except the liberal use of C-4"
Personally, I have and will continue to ONLY do CLEAN Installs, no upgrades or any of that Micky Mouse stuff.
If you have some deeply buried problem on your HD, only doing a CLEAN Install, where the installer Re-Formats the drive, will solve the problem. I can't even count the times I've done that for myself and my customers.
Back up your data, take a deep breath, and do a CLEAN Install. finis!

But here is additional wisdom:
Create a diskpart script to let you perform slow format during clean windows install (SHIFT + F10), this will make sure windows isn't installed to bad sectors further eliminating potential issues.
