There is a mobi reader extension for Edge but I've not used it. Search Mobi Reader in Edge extensions. It's a reader only.
I use a third party app called Calibre in WIndows. Calibre is an all in one ebook reader, converter, editor and is actively supported. There are also many add-ons for it that can perform functions that are not designed into the basic Calibre program.

In the MS store is a nice little app for Windows called FBReader, but it's a reader only.
