You are using a Library and that consists of locations on your PC, Phone, and OneDrive.

To stop showing Libraries (Gallery still shows):
File Explorer > 3 dots > Options > View tab > Untick Show libraries.

Many find using Libraries a bit confusing, the Gallery is I suppose a system Library.

I prefer to use Quick Access pins or Shortcuts.

Also have duplicate folders under Users\name\CrossDevice but I think that is due the phone not being connected up all the time and Cross Device Experience Host being updated, not sure about that.
