Doesn't look like you were in the Additional Handles screen...

System PID 4 will not show there.

Just for info open Event viewer, Administrator Events, and search for event ID 225 warning. If the PID is 4 then that is the system blocking removal because of another running program so ignore that. Scroll down for something else with the same ID. One program that used to do it for me was Intel Driver & Support when I used it. Worth a look anyway.

There is like over a 100 messages at that exact time coming from all kind of places saying "stopped the removal or ejection for the device"
Services,firefox,edge,windows updater,google play games and so on
It's like I am connecting the hdd and all kind of programs are locking it from getting ejected
