Is there a hotkey setting/software to set computer screens in different orientations?

I have 4 screens. Screen 1 and 2, 27" QHD. Screen 3 & 4 24" HD. I have online meetings and screen 4 is set from portrait to landscape as it is next to the window and I use natural light for lighting in online web meetings. In its default setting it is usually in portrait mode.

Is there a software which can save these two layouts and switch based on a button or icon?

There apparently is with software like DisplayFusion.
It would cost you $34 (USD) per machine. I am not aware of any windows 11 comparison.
This particular software looks quite extensive.
