I have done searches on how to quickly navigate between virtual desktops in Windows 11 22H2 Release version .755, but all I can find is the normal methods, such as using the Task View, or the hotkey combo of Windows + Ctrl + Arrow Right or Left. I am trying to find a way to use a hotkey combo that is even faster. For example if I am on virtual desktop 1 and I want to get to desktop 3, I have to use the Windows + Ctrl + Arrow Right combo twice to get there.

Does anyone know of a way that I can set a hotkey combo such as Alt + 2 in order to get to desktop 2, or Ctrl + 3 to get to desktop 3? For me, this would be a much more efficient way to navigate my virtual desktops, especially considering that I run 5 of them. TIA for any ideas on how I can get this done. I'm not opposed to using a third party program to make this happen, either.

I haven't used the instructions in the link below, but it looks like it will work from the description. You will have to download and install AutoHotKey.

Thanks for pointing me to that article. Thing is, I still need to press the re-assigned shortcut key multiple times to get to the desktop I want. So, about all that does is to change the shortcut from having to press 3 keys, to just pressing 1 key. A step in the right direction, to be sure, but not exactly what I'm looking for.
