Is there a method to determine (and set) Bluetooth codec?

Dual-Boot Windows 11 / Ubuntu 20.04.3
Hello;
I am trying to figure out which codec (SBC or AAC) my Bluetooth IEM's connected to Windows 11 PC is running.
In Windows 10, it was always using SBC - based on what I read, not on observation, so I am not sure this is correct.
My Jabra Elite Active 75t IEM's can support either SBC or AAC.
I have read that Windows 11 now supports AAC, so in theory the connection should use AAC, since it is the highest quality the device supports.
That said, there does not appear to be a method for testing or setting the Bluetooth codec used to connect a device.
When I pair the Jabra with Windows 11, I get the same sound I have always heard from this device. It isn't any better than what my Android 10 phone is producing. I know that the Android is using SBC due to limitations with that OS.
So, in short; is there a utility - or anything built into Windows 11 that will allow me to test the BT connection, and to set it myself?

Thanks for your help

Thanks for the link:
Interesting. The tool shows that Windows 10 is using the aptx codec with my HiFiMAN Deva Pro. I didn't think Win 10 supported aptx.
This did not appear to be the case the first time I connected these cans to my PC; the audio quality wasn't quite as good as it is now.
That said, there was another Windows 10 update between the two observations.
