Solved Is there currently any way to show the clock on all monitors?

Helmut Buhler's 8GadgetPack works in 11 quite nicely. Has numerous clocks with lots of formats/layouts and seldom goes outside the range of 2-6% CPU. 8GadgetPack - Gadgets for Windows 11 / 10 / 8.1 / 7 Here are some example clocks just for illustration purposes:

I have a two monitor setup and I just dragged one of the clocks from M1 to M2 with no issue. If you open multiple clocks (or multiple instances of the same clock) you can put them wherever you like. Since Win10, Gagdgetpack lets gadgets be placed anywhere, not just in the sidebar (though that is the default, it can be overridden simply by dragging and dropping).
Again, HTH and best wishes,

@BunnyJ: you are very welcome. We're all in this together, trying to figure out how to civilize, customize and properly equip Windows 11. Happy to shed light where I can, though I still have a LOT more questions than answers.
Cheers!

I just noticed (after three days...) that my secondary monitor doesn't have the clock on the task bar any more. Why on earth would they *remove* that feature? Very annoying when I have an app full-screen on my main monitor and not be able to glance at the second one to find out what time it is. I tend to resist using third-party solutions to re-add functionality MS removes, because after a while they can start conflicting with each other.

Windows. Should. Just. Have. The. Clock. On. All. Displays. If. The. User. Wants.

Thanks. I already installed that. I still maintain that Windows itself should retain such functionality. WTH did they remove it???

I had already tried that one, but with the registry tweak to make it show seconds it only shows seconds on the 2nd display device, and, the fact that it uses a proportional font instead of a monospaced one is annoying with the seconds because it's right-aligned. Although it's still also far from perfect, as it breaks a number of things and not all of the issues can be worked around easily with additional tweaks, the best solution I found so far was to just bring back the Taskbar of Windows 10. It seems to work stably with Open-Shell, which also lets me adjust the clock's font color. You'll lose the WinX menu, Clipboard History, and File Explorer's ability to Search, but IME the Taskbar of Windows 11 is too extremely crippled in comparison.

Also, ElevenClock seems to need some tweaking to display Settings on a hi-res (4K) monitor:

That was a curious experience. My first exposure to GitHub. I think my report was accepted, but can't be sure. It was like visiting an alien planet in there. 😁

<edited to add:> Found my report! So it's in his capable hands now.

LOL, yeah. We used it for our software where I used to work. I have an account there (not a contributor). I got emails back from the author, Marti.

Got a message that the ElevenClock hi-res display issue is "Already fixed, will ship with 2.1."

<edited to add:> v.2.1 just installed, and it fixed the high-dpi display issue for Settings:

Any other app/software suggestion to display the time and day of the week in a nice GUI? I am currently using wallpaper engine, there are many options, but 10% CPU is a steep price to pay, even without audio visualization running.

Have you tried rainmeter?
