Well yeah!
It's the whole reason I choose 150 song playlists! ;-)

There's some horse sh*t about a playlist running in the background..., if there's no page activity, even though the playlist videos are playing sequentially, they're not counted as Views, no ads get clicked on so, it's a loss of revenue for them!!! 🤷‍♂️

Page activity or computer activity? I mean, if you're listening to music (versus watching music videos), and it is running the background, that is gonna be a Feckin' PITA if you have to tell it to keep playing, even if it is every hour.

Can you imagine a YT movie doing that every #%^@$%^@$%^ hour also?

Question: Were you logged in to YT when this happened? I would normally assume yes since you said you had queued up 150 songs, but just making sure....

I use the Chrome extension Unhook. It keeps Autoplay off all the time and even lets me have a completely blank YouTube home screen. For my Android phone, I use the Kiwi browser, which supports Chrome extensions, so I can use Unhook there as well.

So...,
... why are Comments always disabled on YouTube auto-generated videos?
Could it be so users don't bad mouth YouTube for being a bunch of d**chebags auto-generating their own content, while the exact same original content, from real users, gets blocked!?!?!?
They did it, and are still doing it, with about 20 of my videos, so far!!! 🤷‍♂️
