Yes it is.
Your hiberfil.sys can change quite a bit in size depending what you have open when going to sleep.
Some will argue that a pagefile.sys is no longer needed but it is normal.
The dynamic linked library msdia80.dll should not be there in the root though.

@OAT is correct. This is completely normal. My pagefile.sys and hiberfil.sys are much larger at 3.5 GB and 6.8 GB respectively.

The first three are temporary file you normally have. Don't touch them.

The files below 1 GB are as follows:

Ones with Reflect in name are leftovers from Macrium Reflect update/install and can be safely deleted.

Dumpstack files can also be deleted but OS might not let you saying they are in use.

Do not delete bootmgr under any circumstance.

systag, bin is a file caused by AOMEI backupper. I am not sure if it safe to delete or not if you use AOMEI.

The msdia80.dll is a Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package hangover. I would not delete it but you can move it probably.
TBH it is so small, safer to ignore it.

If you completely disable Hibernate... the hiberfil.sys will go away (or can be deleted).

Thanks for the comments, folks (y)

Another question, my Recycle Bin is empty, but what is this?

After some digging in MS docs, the cryptic codes below beginning with s-1-5 turn out to be well-known security identifiers (SIDs)

Capture.JPG

In particular:

Screenshot_20230212_030013.png
RID = relative identifier

and the group of 3 beginning with s-1-5-21

Screenshot_20230212_030115.png

I'm not curious enough to dig deeper
