iTunes not working in win 11

I have download iTunes from the windows store and it is not working. iTunes loads but when you try and access anything it freezes. Can not play songs. ITunes version is 12.12.11.

Clean install here, iTunes from the MS Store, and all is working well.

I prefer the iTunes version from Apple (choose for Windows 8 or older), this is still the latest version.
I had problems with the MS App version - either it wouldn’t open, would take ages to open or everything was generally slow.
