"Just a moment" screen at startup

My Windows 11 has been pestering me with a weird "Just a moment" screen almost at every startup (from shutdown). Sometimes it stays there for a few seconds, sometimes it won't go away and I have to ALT-F4 it.

It looks like a Windows thing, not an app.

Does someone know what that is please? Thanks!

oh yes, it's an experience for sure.

But if I let it run it then closes itself (sometimes it takes a long time, might be longer than I'm willing to wait.

Possibly something else causing this. Use that tutorial, if it stops you’ll know it’s the “Experience” if it doesn’t stop, there are most likely other reasons for it.
