Solved just updated to windows 11 and have update 23h2 when will i get 24h2 or 25h2


okay i have looked on revo uninstaller but only powershell 7.5.4.0 is on therer what should i do about this because if i search powershell in the searchbar on the taskbar i get this

On Revo Uninstaller there are options in the left hand column. Click in Windows and you should see only Windows apps.

The only one with an uninstall option is Windows PowerShell ISE

I see NO PowerShell in REVO or Programs and Features or in Windows Features.

@alexhob123, You don't have to keep a shortcut to both apps. Just keep the shortcut to the app you want to use and there should be no confusion.

i'm fine now it's just i have two powershell programmes windows powershell and powershell and i don't know which one to use I only want one programme which is windows powershell but the message Install the latest PowerShell for new features and improvements! Installing PowerShell on Windows - PowerShell keeps popping up on the cmd box on startup

MY Windows 11 HOME is an In-Place Upgrade from Windows 10 Home.

okay thanks my version of Windows 11 Pro was from windows 10 to windows 11 Pro 23h2 then to 25h2 using windows update. i didn't use windows media creation tool

should i just keep windows powershell until it updates to the latest version via windows update i could show you what updates I have installed on my computer which are for windows 11 and what settings I have enabled as well

Just let Windows handle itself. I do the same. Works best this way. Whether you have version x.1 or x.n, does not really make any difference in the end. You have the latest and best version of your Windows binaries for your hardware. End of story.

not really i only use windows powershell when i get an update using spicetify which is a programme for spotify which allows you add themes extensions and custom apps
