I had to re-install Windows on my HP 255 g10 laptop. I keep getting "The Media Driver is missing"error so i can't complete the install.. I have tried every possible thing out there but nothing works. I have used Rufus to burn both Win 10 and Win 11. Iso's have been created but will not install. I have used both old USB drives and new USB drives but no luck. I have tried different USB ports but that didn’t matter. HP's cloud recovery tool will not work. Same thing with Microsoft's media creation tool. Works but same error. I went to HP's website to try and find the AMD chipset driver but none exist. Not on AMD's site either. I wiped the drive down to nothing and reformatted and the same result. Made the USB drives first in the boot order, nope, nada, nothing.
