Hello,

I've been having issues with my new keyboard.. it's mostly linked with iCue and applying Key Actuations , Rapid trigger , 8000Hz Polling rate.. it works fine while having the PC running after applying the settings.. I can use it all day.. when I turn off my PC for the day and turn it back on the next day.. the lights flicker and the keys won't function apon the windows login screen.. I always have to factory reset the keyboard by holding down the ESC key and unplugging and waiting like 5 seconds then plug back in.

I've spoken with Corsair and it's been a very underwhelming experience at the moment.. Any help would be appreciated.

The problem is a conflict with device memory toggled on when You need iCue running to use the features.. so the issue is the following.. turning on all the features in iCue.. shutting down my PC and then turning it back on would make the keyboard malfunction when trying to find iCue.. so it was a user error.. Sorry for the waste of the post and thanks for anyone who would of suggested a fix!
