I was on 22621.1 and right in the middle of an in place repair using the 22621 beta iso from MS, when it completed I ended up with 22621.3. No extra input from me and nothing else downloaded

I realise English is not your primary language and something may get lost in translation but you need to support your assertions with plausible references.. BTW there are loads of pirate ISO's with KMS exploits.

As it's gone to Release Preview THREE MONTHS before release, there's likely to be several more cumulative updates before then.

It's not a clean install issue. It's an upgrade issue. Files unacessible after upgrade. you have to break link and delete folder and restart link.

Same here -- I'm running the Beta Insider and I'm not getting offered any Optional Updates, either.

I don't know what you consider "official" -- but if it is offered via Optional Updates, as some have claimed, that makes it "official" to me.

As to the "document", I think you mean Release Notes, and as @Brink has already noted above, they were not available when this thread was started. When they are, @Brink will add them to the first post so you can read them.

Downloading Dev build in VM right now. Beta and RP VMs say says no new build. And nothing in Optional Updates either.

Oh right. I'm planning to do a clean install this weekend. My OneDrive folder is on a separate drive.

I have a problem with Windows Memory Diagnostics under 22621.4. Same as 22621.1. I've posted in one of the 22621.1 threads as well.

If I press F1, I get a blank blue screen. Ctrl-alt-del end the program, and restarts the PC.

I also get a false CPU utilization number under Corsair iCue.

These aren't in themselves very serious, but it makes me wonder what else might be broken.

Anyone else?
