Installed this update last night and I checked installed history and it not listed, it is listed in uninstall updates and build version is up to date
22631.3296
I also got the Windows Intelligence Update under other section but no Windows Configuration Update. I don't have the option to get latest updates when there available toggled on so that might be the reason for that one.

Looks like I have to now
Code:
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
before every CU update now!

Because of the "bad component store state issue", which appears to be rampant now!

I officially now have another chore!

This is reported with SFC every time after there was an update of the B.T. drivers.
Same issue on multiple machines and different Builds.
Reported several times in FBH to MS and never got a proper fix. 🤷‍♂️

2024-03-12 17:18:41, Info DEPLOY [Pnp] Repaired file: C:\WINDOWS\System32\drivers\BthHfEnum.sys

Can only be fixed on the next full major service update when the windows folder is preconstructed and replaces all those files, DISM based update deployments can't overwrite files placed in the drivers folder with a junction of the file.

I fixed it myself by deleting those files from Drivers folder and creating a junction copy from the DriverStore location.

Looks like I have to now
Code:
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
before every CU update now!

Because of the "bad component store state issue", which appears to be rampant now!

I officially now have another chore!

You have an ailing disk causing corruption.

Still can't install these updates via WU as they try to install via C:\Windows.BT setup, the MSU installs fine though.

Edit

This may have been the skip TPM script interfering with WU, as it kept offering Win 11 23h2 which was already installed.
