I have two updates that have been offered and repeatedly error out. They appear to be part of the security certificate updates, but I don't see how the end user is supposed to fix it.
Both systems I've tried them on are Windows Pro 24H2 with all previous updates applied. They keep offering the updates, but they keep failing.
I even tried downloading the updates from the Update Catalog and running them individually, that also failed.
I did run Mosby to install the 2023 keys prior to all these updates. However, the EFI DBX Certificates are not there, not sure how you create those of they're needed.
I think I've skidded to a halt on this one...

I furtherance of my confusion, this is on another machine, also Win11 Pro 24H2. I'm prompted for a password when I run the check script, that's never happened before! I have no idea what password they're looking for?
In an interesting additional twist, this second machine did successfully install those updates.
Should I just wait out Microsoft and see where this goes?
This looks like a giant cluster **** by Microsoft with these certificates! I would hope there's some clear guidance coming for dealing with some of this.
