FWIW, I have the nVidia RTX 4060 GPU, and frequently a few minutes after returning from sleep the monitor will black for two-three seconds and then return to normal operation. There is no indication of any kind in the event logs, but I'm 99% sure it's something to do with the nVIdia board or drivers. This has been happening for a few months, and I've been unable to correct it with multiple video driver updates, configurations, etc. The blanking only happens once and it's from a seconds to maybe five minutes after I wake up the computer.

I've moved the monitor cables to the on-board video for my i5-14450 processor, that fixes the problem, no more blanking. Of course the obvious problem is that I lose a lot of video performance. For normal desktop use, no big deal, but for my 3D modeling, I really take a performance hit without the GPU.

Well , I am back on 26200.8116 without any issues at all. After some troubleshooting, I found that the culprit that was causing this issue was Not MS, Not Dell but CCleaner 7.6. I got a deal (lol) for 14 US dollars per year. I found this out when I dis another In Place Upgrade repair and was having this issue with 8039. I then removed CC 7 permanently and did another IPUR and 8039 came out just fine. I then installed The Manual upgrade to 26200.8116 and it is now perfect. Please do not ever use CCleaner 7.XXXX ever. You cannot even tell what it does. I will never use it again.

I use CCleaner 5.78 I installed it offline, and I blocked it and it's updaters in MY firewall. And... since it was purchased by Avast, I also "added" these lines to my HOSTS file (which "blocks" them)... C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\HOSTS...

Good call, seems most people (including myself) are staying clear of the new and "improved" CCleaner. Haven't heard anything good about it.

I reinstalled the last 6 version, 6.39 after I tried 7.xx. , 6.39 works fine on 11. Will not go past this one. The only reason I keep it now is for the easy uninstall interface. I now use Ashampoo WinOptimizer 27 for cleaning.

Updated ESET first , then WU , dont know which gave me the 20 seconds , ESET or WU ( latest).........?? 🛠️

I use 6.39 portable and I disable tasks plus block it from firewall.
