Not sure if this is correct forum - it is a device...

I believe the last time I plugged this into my laptop, it showed up so I could see the contents. Today it doesn't show up on my desktop - where should I look? Thanks.

What contents cannot see?

If you can boot your computer into Safe Mode to see problem resolves.

The contents are audio books. I can see them through the Silk browser - so not the end of the world. I just don't understand why I can't see all of the contents on the device when plugged in. Thanks - I'll be back.
