It shows not connected on startup, even though it could clearly detect all the networks correctly. 
Have also ticked 'connect automatically' but it doesn't.
On manual connection at the first try, it does not work. I have to turn off and on WiFi connection for it to auto connect to my network.
Have reinstalled the drivers using Dell auto update. It's a killer 1535 NIC.
What else can I do?
