Well, when it flares up on you again, you may consider looking into getting an MRI. That is the route I took. I'm still fighting it, hoping to avoid surgery. But without question, it has changed my normal course of activities.

I'm going to give it another three months. If by then it has not significantly improved, I will likely have to relent and have it repaired. ;)
