Thanks. I think I already tried this by the looks of the tutorial. Unlike me, Jim was an IT (among other things). He may have done something "special" to this unit security wise. I have to laugh when I think of him telling me that he had "special" software handy for getting into an OS if you couldn't access the pw. 😅 If only could find it now!

I'm totally aiming for 100% white-hat as i want to make the world to a better place :-) But i still have a long way to go.
I do develop my own software tools since a while back.. i cheat with AI vibe-coding as i only know the basics of C/C++ python and bash.. it would take me years to be able deep coding without cheating. 😊🤓

I am a father of five providing PCs, laptops, and tablets for all my family, most of which I have modified, rebuilt, or simply built from scratch. I do not own a cell phone, never have, never will.
