Afternoon Bree. It went okay but no I don't think he learned. I think I posted this was his third time. He is cheap so no rebuild / reset. I have an extensive checklist I run for those that want the economy fix. So far the people he has let in are targeted scammers looking for support dollars for doing nothing. Thank heavens they haven't been the guys going after bank accounts. He had the balls the say my rates are to high. I'm the cheapest in house support you can get and I really walk through what has happen. I just looked at him and said you get what you pay for.

I'll add I was the fourth person he reached out to. Tried to fix it himself, called his son, no joy, called his grandson, no joy, call the guy on the Internet, unbelievable and then me. I have no idea what everyone was doing. Getting the printer to print was 20 minutes and most of that, 15 minutes, was trying to determine his id and password.
