We might go to the AARP Scrip saver one, Higher deductible but lower rates.

We always make the deductible, my Wife is on a LOT of meds. last year her total from the pharm was over 3K

BTW, that's deductible on your taxes. After they do your gross adjusted income, if your medical & pharmaceutical bills are greater then 7.5% of your income, then anything over that you can take as a deduction. You don't get anything back but if you owe anything it apples towards that.

Not really sure what our monthly is. I did find out that some drugs, you pay the same for a 30 day supply as well as a 90 day supply. So I try to remember to tell the docs to make them all 90 day if they can. Some she takes however are regulated as a different class of drug, and you're only allowed a 30 day supply.

We used to have dogs, 3 Italian Greyhounds.

But now that we're older we prefer cats, just because we're lazy & they're self maintaining to a good degree. Not that it wouldn't be nice to have a dog or 2 again. We talk about it sometimes but decide cats is the way to go for us these days.

So not that we don't like dogs, we love them, but circumstances.....
