I like my videos I do have to purge my NAS at least monthly or it would fill up my monthly purge is about a terra byte for one camera I have 2 setup.

I seem to have got this 'heatwave protocol' off pat - open all windows over night to let the heat out, then close them and the curtains all day to trap the cool night air inside. It's still just 24° in the front room :wink:

As far as my therapy is going, I can report that it has had zero side-effects so far. I still feel exactly the same, as fit and well as I did before all this started :thumbsup:

I've just look at the current London Heathrow forecast - only 1°C warmer than you and me....

The BBC usually quotes the RAF Northolt temps for me. It's about 5 miles away as the crow flies. Don't know what MS uses.

Mine never cooled down below that last night, but I like it a bit warmer these days.

I opened all my doors and windows wide last night, as soon as the outside temps dropped below the indoors ones. Being a night owl helps, as I didn't shut the doors until I went to bed after midnight. By the time I got up at 8:00am this morning it was just 21.8°C/71°F in my front room. :cool:

I have to start cool if I want it not to get too hot by the end of the day. I actually had to put on a fleece indoors for the first hour after I got up. 🤣

Anyway, I've just risked going out to the car to read my only other digital thermometer. It says my air temperature is 33.5°C/92°F outside. Indoors it's still only 24.6°C/76°F. I don't expect that to rise by more than a few degrees over the rest of today :cool:

I like your heatwave protocol, we do the same but ours is a 60's style bungalow with the long front room window on one side and a smaller one on the wall at right angles to it so we get blazing sun from about 11am right through until sunset.
Good to hear the therapy is going well, After mine I just feel tired for the rest of the day and the day after, but no side effects.

I only use one camera at a time for night use, if I put them out together, the IR from one triggers the other. Videos are great to watch, but as I said I need the pictures to study. I also have the Nikon for daily use.
