Yes, you are lucky. Mine will switch to red or have the backlights shut off randomly when I turn on a Bluetooth device, plug in a USB-C drive, or, well, just sit there. I thought it was iCUE, but they've no idea what's going on.

You could turn off iCUE to test your keyboard to find out.

I own one only for when I have to be away from my desktop. It's a MacBook Pro that's about 10 years old. It dual boots into Windows 10. Runs like a champ, but the keyboard is cramped.

It just has the wave light pattern then. I have to restart iCUE to get my color scheme back. But unfortunately, Corsair has no clue what's happening.

Then you have to cart even more stuff around. I only take another keyboard if we're going to be away for a week or so. If I go out for the day, say to the car dealership to wait for hours, I just take the laptop.

That must be nice, Mike. My 370Z is under warranty still, so I go to the dealership for that. About the only people who can work on a BMW M2, which is my wife's car, is the dealership, so I'm kind of forced to go to them. The only shops around here who can work on that car take even longer than the dealership and won't take you home. So, I'm just fated to sit somewhere, I guess!
