Ken,

You may be able to do a 'Hard Reset' on the controller (if I'm understanding correctly).

I have Rain Bird controllers, and they have a tiny reset button on the back side of the control panel. Much like a Router has, use something like a paperclip to press it.

You are correct that there are not many new beekeepers coming into the trade happening here too and it is a much-needed trade not for honey but for pollination of our other foods a lot of what we eat depends on the bees.

Thanks WXC. My backyard timer is an Orbit and their hard reset is on front. That is how I reset it. Then I removed batteries and unplugged. Must be really wonky to come up with different dates. My front yard is a Rain Bird and I see Lowes is selling a very similar model.
