We go eat at a Chinese restaurant all you can eat Buffett every day I have lost 50 pounds since doing that I am able to stay away from starches and not go hungry.

Our local butcher went out of business a few years ago. A great pity, his meat was excellent. The problem was it was a bit pricey compared to the supermarket. :(

I am the same, I never eat before 5PM because of my condition, I do make an exception on a Thursday and don't suffer too much but a sausage and bacon bap is worth it :ROFLMAO:

That is the downside the price, but the quality is worth it we only do it once a week on a Saturday, it's like a Sunday roast to us
