I just please myself most of the time. days out I am up about 7.30, normal days 8.30-9 and always go to bed at midnight. This Tuesday coming up at 6 to get to the hospital for my infusion so I can park in the free car park

Well, I'll be staying at home for the duration of our next heatwave, so I'll be closing the windows and drawing the curtains like I did for our last one. Still have plenty of my lime cordial and some bottles of water cooling in the fridge, so staying hydrated won't be a problem ;)
