If I look at my electric bill and see the total KWH for the month then divide that by the number of days of service I get my daily usage which is about 39 KWH then if I divide that by 5 which is the average of sunlight a day I get I will need 7.8 KW of panels to keep my batteries charged with no days of no sunlight figured in which can power my whole house. To offset for the no days of no sunlight I will install more panels even with no sunlight during the day they will harvest power. I do not have the whole house on solar as I do not have enough inverter to do that Washer, Dryer, Stove, freezer, icebox, and hot water heater are still on grid. Freezer and Icebox will soon be off grid as I am getting my third inverter ready. I have trimmed my bill from $125 to $41 now I will get my 12th battery ready to be commissioned this week giving me 55 KWH of stored power which is not even two days of storage.
