Got my new tires, not a day to soon. Now I need to get alignment checked. I put these tires on in spring and no way would I put warn out rubber on.

I put them on in the spring and they were fine. I called my new mechanic and he said alignment was likely a part of this. I had rear control arms installed in fall. The mechanic, which I don't go to any more said I did not need to get alignment done. You can see interior wear is excessive. I will have to give my winters a real check over.

I always keep a close eye on my tires, I don't need any mechanic to tell me when I need to replace them. LoL

Morning Ken. They would be illegal in this country 1.6mm of tread depth across the whole width of the tread is required. £100 fine & 3 points on licence per tyre. 12 points gets you banned for a year.
