Can you just Browse to where drivers were unpacked, most probably C:\AMD folder ?

Yes I saw but when click on driver it made a compatibility check and it doesn't stop installation due to incompatibility, it continue and then there is the error I post. Probably is because ryzen 2XXX family is not compatible with win11

That doesn't explain error looking for a CD.

Maybe as it's a standard AMD driver installer and the package maybe doesn't include the drivers for an unsupported CPU, it's prompting to insert a disk with suitable drivers on it?

I've run into some strange problems with this. I have a Ryzen and have the same L3 speed issues in Win11 as all the other folks. I confirmed that by running AIDA64 testing.

So, I downloaded the stuff from the German site linked in a post here, also downloaded Win10UI, ran it and applied the patches. Testing with ADA64 confirmed the L3 fix but like others here, the other numbers were all over the board.

Then, the Windows Update for build 282 came out, so I restored the PC to an older state, downloaded and installed that update, ran AIDA64 again and once again, the L3 speed issue was fixed but it looked like the other issues were fixed as well, even though that update is not supposed to address them.

Then, I saw the AMD driver update come out, so I made an image backup and installed the update. When I ran AIDA64, the numbers were really BAD! They were back to the pre-patch days. I ran the benchmark three times and got L3 numbers in the high 30s all three times! So, I did a restore back to before the driver update, and the L3 numbers were back low, again.

So for me, this AMD driver update actually makes things worse, not better.

It would be nice to know your system specs too. You could always put your full specs in the "My Computer" section of your profile as I have.

Updated chipset drivers and Bios now available for my Prime B350-Plus. As the Bios only changes the default and the Newer Drivers from AMD seem to be working well, if it ain't broke I'm leaving it as is.
I suspect the Asus drivers may be based on the first AMD Chipset Win 11 update.

What about BIOS, is that up to date too, last AGESA ?
Yes, BIOS is up to date. It's an ASRock board and I checked the BIOS version to confirm it is the most current.
