Getting this going to YouTube and few other sites checked for viruses ..all clean

Two questions:

Are you using a vpn?

Does it happen EVERY time you go to youtube and the other sites, or just once in a while?

I get those notices sometimes, too, but only when connected to a VPN. The site that was attacked sometimes takes the idiot approach and blocks IP addresses from legitimate VPN servers. I've never had it happen when I wasn't connected to a VPN or I would suspect malware that somehow got past all the other security on my system.

Once in a while on YT and couple of other sites...I tried signing out and back in on YT see if that helps

This is almost certainly because Google doesn't like your public IP address. Someone with that address at some point abused the system and it's making Google twitchy.

Most ISPs use dynamic IP addresses, so if you can get a different one, it should fix this. To do this, turn your router off when you go to bed. In the morning turn it back on and you should have a new public IP address. Check with whatismyipaddress before and after to see whether that's happened or not. If it hasn't then you may be behind CGNAT and you'll always have the same one.

An option to the above suggestion is to try with a vpn (if you're using firefox, they now have a free vpn option in the latest browser release).
