As you folks are always into the guts of Chrome, and its new features, is there any way to shutoff the automatic selection of the Shopping List as the place to put bookmarks from stores. I deleted the bookmark folder "Shopping Lists" and failed to find a Chrome flag to disable it. The folder is just recreated.

no worries..
I only occasionally use Chrome as as a backup and testing when a webpage isn't working correctly in Firefox my main driver.
its missing key features that Firefox does have..
like remembering download locations linked per url or website.
because I manually download updates for all the software I use remembering which folder each website is linked to keeps me from having to swap the download location or move files after downtown is done.

Google Chrome doesn't have this feature. :( X-(
