Chrome's address bar height will be increased (a bit) as part of Chrome's 2023 refresh, a new flag in Chrome Canary updates the omnibox to align with GM3 (Chrome's 2023 refresh) guidelines:


The difference is small but noticeable:

Google will change the corner radius of the menus, dialogs and bubbles, they will be more rounded than ever, here I make a comparison:

Strange that I have that flag enabled on Windows 10 as well, but still get square boxes!

Gosh! I just noticed that Chrome actually saves your groups over sessions now!
I'll be using that feature!

Anybody notice a black bar on the top of the Chrome window, in W11, when a YouTube video is playing?
It disappears if video is in PIP, also when the video is finished playing.
